Trillium Staffing is now seeking Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Albion, MI!

• All work is swing shift; one week work 3 days for 36 hours and the next week work 4 days for 48 hours
• Operate packaging machinery and monitor performance to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; report larger malfunctions to supervisors
• Inspect final product for quality and accuracy of packaging; escalate any issues
• Keep production flowing by feeding product into machines while maintaining high standards for quality and productivity

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience, or a combination of education and industrial work experience
