We are seeking a skilled Fruit Picking and Packing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the picking of orders for shipment and participating in packing and wrapping tasks.
Responsibilities
Pick orders by processing requests, supplying materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
Assist in inventory counts by accurately counting and making necessary adjustments.
Provide quality service by adhering to organizational standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker, preferably in a parcel, picker, or inventory role
Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
High school degree
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods, primarily working while standing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
Ability to problem-solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
