Housekeeper

• Clean all offices, bathrooms, catwalks, gym, cafeterias, seminar and conference rooms
• Vacuum all carpeted areas
• Sweep and mop of all tiled flooring
• Clean all glass doors, walls & windows
• Replenish cafeteria supplies, clean microwaves, daily maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, cleaning of refrigerators
• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Complete sanitation of restrooms, replenish supplies, refill soap dispensers, and empty trash receptacles
• Clean all toilets, urinals & sinks
• Pickup and dispose of trash and debris from the property’s grounds
• Broom sweep the factory floor
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Empty all trash bins into dumpster

• Prior experience in maintenance/janitorial field helpful
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & supplies
• Ability to take direction & cooperate with the staff
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
