• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property
• Monitor and control access to the hotel premises to prevent unauthorized entry
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel to identify any potential security risks or breaches
• Respond quickly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, and criminal activities
• Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems to detect and prevent any security threats
• Report any security incidents or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and activities
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a coordinated response to security-related issues
• Provide excellent customer service to guests by answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Stay updated on the latest security protocols and procedures and implement them as necessary
• Conduct safety and security training for new employees to ensure they are aware of the proper procedures to follow in case of an emergency
• Assist with implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures related to security
• Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to ensure compliance with safety and security standards
• Handle lost and found items and follow proper procedures for their storage and return
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the Hyatt brand and values
