The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders.

• The Coffee Barista Lead is responsible for upholding our company's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders
• Duties include getting guests and preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order, being knowledgeable about all product offerings and answering guests’ questions
• Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages
• May perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager to include ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports
