• Provide an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming passengers onto our aircraft, assisting with seating assignments, luggage and garment stowage, and addressing any inquiries while remaining readily available for further assistance
• Maintain a secure and safe work environment for guests and team members by adhering to strict safety procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork by effectively communicating, collaborating, and showing respect for fellow crew members
• Uphold the highest standards of service by remaining approachable and accommodating, monitoring the cabin regularly, and adapting to changing schedules due to operational, weather-related, and unforeseen delays
• Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and training requirements
• Demonstrate personal responsibility by being punctual, timely, and proactive
• Effectively communicate, collaborate, and show respect for other team members
• Be proficient in using, implementing, and explaining Breeze's Inflight technology
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) while maintaining the highest hygiene standards
• Maintain cabin cleanliness and galley organizational standards

• Minimum age of 21 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance and have adequate head clearance in the cabin
• Ability to sit and buckle into the E190, E195, and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat seatbelt harness and lap belt
• Neat, well-groomed, and capable of making a positive impression
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently
• Ability to pass a vision and hearing test
